You are able to decorate your apartment within the guidelines of your lease.
We have a sundeck and pool, basketball and volleyball courts
Yes we have open parking available for each building.
We do not have any washer/dryer hookups, however each building has a laundry facility available.
Yes, we have select buildings that are pet friendly.
There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and $20/month for pet rent.
Yes, we have a weight limit of 75 lbs. for one pet and two pets cannot exceed 100 lbs. combined. There are breed restrictions. Please call for more details.
No, but there is ample space on property to walk pets as well as waste stations to help you pick up after them.

You may have guests, but anyone wishing to permanently reside in the apartment must apply, be approved, and be added to the lease.
No, you will have to pay a new security deposit. After your apartment is inspected for damages, and any found damages are deducted, your original security deposit will be refunded via a check mailed to you.
The fee to break your lease is 200% of your rent, as well as the prorated amount of the rent for your remaining time in the apartment.
